The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas has set aside a block of rooms for Aggregate attendees at a rate of $279/night plus taxes and fees. This is completely refundable up to three days prior to your arrival. Book by Friday, September 12th for the special rate.

Tell me more about the Customer Appreciation event!
The Customer Appreciation Event will take place at AREA15, with bus transportation provided from The Cosmopolitan beginning at 6:15 PM. Return shuttles will start running at 8:30 PM for anyone who prefers to head back early.
Our event spaces will be primarily indoors, though one of the interactive experiences will take place outdoors. You’ll have access to a variety of engaging activities where you’ll be standing and moving around. For those who prefer to take it easy, there will be plenty of comfortable seating to relax, enjoy delicious food, and sip a drink. We recommend wearing something comfortable for the interactive experiences and bringing a light layer for the outdoor portion.

Where should I land in Vegas?
Harry Reid International (LAS) is your golden ticket. Just touchdown, grab your bag, and in minutes you’ll be rolling up to The Cosmopolitan — right in the heart of the Strip.
When should I fly in?
Most attendees will arrive on Monday, October 13. If you’re local or flying from nearby, you might squeeze in Tuesday morning. But if you’re joining the optional training, don’t gamble with your schedule — arrive Monday so you can join for breakfast and be ready to hit the ground running.
How do I score a sweet deal — and when does the clock run out?

Can I cash out if plans change?
If you need to fold, our flexible registration covers a change in plans: cancel by 9/1/25 for a full refund, or by 10/1/25 for 50% back. You can also make free substitutions right up to the start of the conference — no penalties.
Heads-up: The Cosmopolitan’s special hotel rate is only available until September 5th, and hotel bookings are fully refundable up to 3 days before your arrival.
Any virtual seats at the table?
Nope — what happens in Vegas really only happens in Vegas. Aggregate 2025 is an exclusively in-person experience. From high-energy keynotes to hands-on sessions, the content is designed for those joining us live in Las Vegas.
Where is Aggregate happening?
Aggregate will take place at The Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas. Head to Level 3 of The Cosmopolitan Meeting Space, and follow signs for Aggregate Registration. Our staff will be there to guide you and get you checked in.
