Zach is Senior Manager, Solution Delivery at Arcadia, where they oversee day-to-day operations for the analytics and point-of-care application implementations that help Arcadia’s clients turn data into action. That portfolio spans Foundry, Vista, Authoring, Conversational Analytics, Inform, Risk Integration, Contract IQ, and Configurable Functional Attribution.
Zach has spent eight years at Arcadia, building a career across Production Support, Customer Success, and Solution Delivery. That path has given them a full view of the client journey, from initial go-live through ongoing optimization, and shaped a leadership style focused on what actually works for clients in practice, not just on paper.
Over the past year, Zach revamped and optimized Arcadia’s analytics implementation structure, creating a more consistent and efficient path from contract to delivery. Zach has also worked closely with many Arcadia clients to develop analytic reporting workflows tailored to their organizations, translating each client’s goals into workflows their teams rely on day to day.
Most recently, Zach helped roll out Arcadia Conversational Analytics, giving clients direct access to AI-derived insights within the Arcadia platform so their teams can act on trustworthy intelligence faster and make more confident decisions.
