Karthik Suresh joins Arcadia with a career built at the intersection of engineering and healthcare, spanning data and AI products across the patient, provider, and payer ecosystems. Most recently at AWS, he scaled AWS HealthLake into a petabyte-scale foundation for thousands of health systems and launched Connect Health, AWS’s first agentic AI solution. A computer engineer by training with an MBA from Duke’s Health Sector Management program, Karthik pairs technical depth with strategic rigor. Outside work, he’s a competitive barebow archer.
