As the Vice President of Population Health for CareAllies, Becky is responsible for leading the design and execution of the population health strategy, technology, and data integration that enables clinical and value-based care programs and supports the organization’s provider engagement strategy. As part of the Population Health program she also leads Risk Adjustment and Quality programs for CareAllies. The Population Health team, under her direction, develop operational and data driven processes for patient identification, outreach and comprehensive treatment of conditions at the point of care, along with efficient and compliant solutions for optimized performance management. 

The Population Health team successfully launched Arcadia in spring 2018 to enable the organization’s Clinically Integrated Network. They later enabled Arcadia to support four Medicare ACOs, including the development of clinical workflows. In 2019, Becky led the migration of Cigna’s Medicare Advantage organization from its’ previous tool onto Arcadia and enabled the technology to support other programs within Cigna. 

Becky joined Cigna in 2014 and successfully implemented the original Medicare Advantage population health technology. She also led the re-design and implementation of the Complete Health Team within Cigna Medicare Advantage, a multi-disciplinary care team process to evaluate high risk patients and drive action to improve outcomes and impact quality of care while maintaining appropriate clinical documentation. Previously, Becky served in a corporate training role for Hospital Corporation of America (HCA) coordinating and facilitating financial integrity and leadership training programs for hospital and corporate level executives. She is a certified facilitator through Developmental Dimensions International. Prior to joining HCA Becky served as the Executive Director of the Nashville Sounds Foundation, a certified 501(c)3 charity promoting youth literacy and team sports in the greater middle Tennessee and southern Kentucky areas.

Becky received a B.S. in Marketing and Psychology from Lipscomb University. She is a Certified Integrated Health Coach and Certified Holistic Fertility Specialist through the schools of Institute for Integrative Nutrition and Mariwise School of Holistic Healing, respectively.
