Matt Thalhamer is the Director of Population Health Analytics for Lurie Children’s Pediatric Partners, Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital’s Clinically Integrated Network. He partners closely with physician leaders and health system leaders on CIN strategy, performance oversight, and value-based care analytics.
