With more than a decade of healthcare leadership experience, she specializes in aligning clinical, operational, and analytics teams to drive measurable improvements in quality, performance, and patient outcomes.
Prior to Ochsner, Kirsten served as an Operations Consultant for Amazon’s One Medical, leading market expansion, network implementation, and operational improvement initiatives across multiple healthcare markets. She also held leadership roles with Iora Health, a pioneer in value-based primary care that was later acquired by One Medical, where she managed multisite operations and care delivery programs.
A certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and healthcare leader with experience spanning major health systems including Emory Healthcare and Piedmont Healthcare, Kirsten is passionate about translating data into action and leveraging analytics to improve healthcare outcomes, operational efficiency, and patient experience.
