Brandon Payne is a Solutions Engineer at Arcadia, serving as the technical and strategic bridge between Arcadia’s healthcare data and analytics platform and the clients navigating today’s complex value-based care landscape. He acts as a market-facing subject matter expert across Arcadia’s entire product suite, leading discovery sessions, delivering tailored demonstrations, and translating client challenges into actionable use cases that map directly to their strategic goals. Brandon partners closely with many cross-functional teams across the organization — including Sales, Product, Analytics, and Operations — to ensure solutions stay accurate, relevant, and reflective of where the value-based healthcare industry is actually headed. Brandon brings a consultative approach that keeps the client’s real-world goals at the center of every conversation.
Brandon brings a decade of healthcare experience to this work with roughly half of that experience concentrated specifically in value-based care — giving him a depth of market awareness and deep understanding of the strategic pressures healthcare organizations face today. Notably, his career didn’t start in a boardroom; it started in the field as an EMT, giving him a ground-level understanding of patient care, care coordination, and the real-world stakes behind the data he now works with every day. That clinical foundation has proven to be a distinctive asset: Brandon doesn’t just understand risk scores and claims-based metrics in the abstract — he understands the patients and providers on the other end of them. That ground-level perspective, paired with a technical background, allows Brandon to move fluidly between the analytical and technology side of healthcare, allowing him to speak fluently with technical teams, executive stakeholders, and everybody in between. This combination — clinical instinct, value-based care expertise, and technical fluency — allows Brandon to demystify Arcadia’s product suite for clients who are often navigating risk adjustment, quality reporting, and population health analytics.
