Jake Adams is a Lead Data Analyst on Arcadia’s Value Enablement team, where he works to generate analytics that surface opportunities and highlights ROI stories, including first and third party KPI benchmarking. Previously, he worked on the product analytics team to create Arcadia’s enhanced benchmarking package, a provider relationship strength scoring system, and hospice and palliative care tools and workflows. Before that, he worked on the Customer Insights team delivering ad-hoc analytics and custom reports for health systems, ACOs, and payer organizations.
Jake joined Arcadia in 2019 after graduating from the University of New Hampshire. Arcadia’s focus on the core tenets of population health and interest in collaborative relationships with clients to drive better patient care immediately drew him here. He lives in Massachusetts, and in his free time he enjoys cooking, reading, and researching local New England history.
