He specializes in leveraging data-driven approaches and actuarial insights to support VBC organizations in achieving financial successes, including optimizing contract terms, identifying and realizing opportunities in growth, revenue and care affordability. At Arcadia, he leads the payer actuarial solutions as well as the development of CMS LEAD APM solutions.
