Susan Kopp is the Director of Provider Analytics Innovation and Delivery at MVP Health Care, where she leads work that connects clinical, provider, and population health analytics to actionable insights for care teams and provider partners.
Susan brings a unique blend of clinical, operational, and technology leadership experience. She holds an MBA and BSN and is a registered nurse, with a background spanning clinical informatics, utilization management, case management, EHR implementation, care management solutions, and healthcare analytics. Prior to joining MVP, she served as a technology executive at Albany Medical Center, where she supported strategic decision-making and partnered with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders to implement care management and analytics solutions for New York State Medicaid Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment (DSRIP) program.
Known for her collaborative leadership style, strong analytical perspective, and focus on practical execution, Susan is passionate about using data to simplify workflows, improve provider engagement, and help translate population-level insights into meaningful patient action.
Outside of work, Susan enjoys Peloton, Hot Yoga and spending time with her husband, two daughters and dog, Roy Kent!
