Timmy Del Vecchio is the General Manager of CareJourney Customers at Arcadia. Timmy joined the Arcadia family through the acquisition of CareJourney, where he was one of the earliest employees and helped define the Customer Success function. Today, he oversees our partnerships with CareJourney customers as well customers accessing Arcadia’s third party data assets. When he is not in the depths of Fraud, Waste, and Abuse claims data, you can find him belting Frozen songs with his two young children.
