Tyler Polshak leads Healthcare Data Intelligence at Arcadia, helping providers, payers, and value-based care organizations turn complex clinical and claims data into trusted, actionable insight. He brings more than a decade of experience spanning neuropsychology, quality measurement, product strategy, and enterprise data validation, including work supporting more than 200 health systems and ACOs during his time at Cerner and Oracle. He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in psychology from Pittsburg State University.
