His work focuses on transforming innovative AI concepts into scalable operational solutions, with experience spanning clinical AI governance, machine learning, generative AI, predictive analytics, and agentic AI applications. David previously led analytics initiatives supporting population health and value-based care programs and has spent his career helping healthcare organizations use data to improve outcomes while delivering measurable business value.
