Jillian Rockland is Vice President, Research Network & Scientific Enablement at Arcadia, where she leads the Arcadia Research Collaborative, an evidence network connecting health systems, payers, academic researchers, analytic partners, and life sciences organizations. Jillian builds the research infrastructure, provider partnerships, and scientific standards that turn real-world healthcare data into research-grade evidence.
Jillian brings more than a decade of experience in real-world data, evidence generation, and regulatory strategy. Most recently, she served as Senior Director of Real-World Evidence at Flatiron Health, where she built the analytic services business and oversaw the scoping and delivery of complex data programs for life sciences clients. She also led Flatiron’s regulatory strategy team, including the first label expansion supported by primary real-world evidence.
Earlier in her career, Jillian managed clinical research in immunology at Tufts Medical Center and Brigham and Women’s Hospital and has worked in healthcare impact investing and early-stage product development. Her research has been published in Cancer, Clinical Pharmacology & Therapeutics, and the Journal of Clinical Oncology. Jillian holds a Master of Public Health in epidemiology from Columbia University, with highest honors, and a Bachelor of Science in neuroscience from Northeastern University.
