Cindy Schroeder, PhD, MHS is the Manager of Value Based Strategy in Government Programs and Innovation at Rush Health. She completed a PhD in neuroscience at Rush University after earning a masters of health science in addiction studies at Governors State University. Cindy joined Rush Health with a dedication to health equity and a passion for problem solving and politics. She’s used that passion to help drive success in numerous Medicaid and Medicare programs including: the Oncology Care Model, Bundled Payments for Care Improvement Advanced, the Medicare Shared Savings Program, and Guiding an Improved Dementia Experience, amongst others. Cindy has been an adjunct professor in the addiction studies and behavioral health department of Governors State University for 15 years.
