Matthew Robben is the Co‑founder and CTO of Serif Health, where he leads the development of pipelines and platforms that transform complex healthcare price‑transparency machine‑readable files into user-friendly, actionable insights. Under his technical leadership, Serif Health launched flagship products including an API and corresponding web portal (Signal) for interacting with the entire TiC dataset in real-time, algorithmic processes for filtering “zombie” price rates, and machine-learning enhanced data collection and QA techniques. He is passionate about driving practical improvements in how payers, providers, and employers leverage price transparency. Matt obtained his BS in Computer Engineering cum laude from Northwestern University, and previously led engineering teams at One Medical, Dropbox, and Microsoft.
