Dr. Riley Lipschitz is the Chief Medical Officer for Baptist Health’s Population Health Services Organization and Executive Director of the Baptist Health Physicians Partners (BHPP) Clinically Integrated Network. She is Medical Director of the UAMS/Baptist A2ACO and a practicing general internist. She supports population health improvement initiatives for approximately 100,000 covered lives in Baptist Health’s value based care contracts.
She brings together clinical informatics, implementation science, and population health leadership to optimize high quality primary care for the Baptist Health system and leverages strong physician engagement tactics across the 2000 providers in the BHPP CIN. She received her training in Internal Medicine/Primary at the University of Pennsylvania and attended Pomona College.
