What is Aggregate?
Aggregate is Arcadia’s annual gathering of the boldest minds in healthcare. It’s where payers, providers, and innovators come together to swap ideas, share real-world wins, and shape what’s next. It’s also a chance to celebrate the great work that Arcadia’s customers achieved throughout the year.
For Aggregate 2026, think less conference hall, more Independence Hall energy. Get ready for big ideas, real debate, and a few breakthroughs.
Where is Aggregate happening?
We’re bringing Aggregate 2026 to the birthplace of American independence and (arguably) the best sandwiches in the country: Philadelphia, PA.
Expect historic backdrops and plenty of chances to network beyond the main stage.
Is the event in-person only, or can I join remotely?
Aggregate is an in-person experience only. No livestreams or Zoom links, just real conversations and real connections. Trust us: this one’s worth showing up for.
How much does Aggregate cost, and when do prices increase?

Do you offer group rates?
Absolutely. Whether it’s your analytics dream team or your value-based care task force, group rates make it easier to bring your crew. Choose from these packages if you plan on sending three or more attendees:

- Register five, get two more free
How do I get the best rate?
Early bird pricing is your best bet. But like a good cheesesteak, it won’t last forever. Register by 5/31 to lock in 30% off your registration.
Tell me about the Customer Appreciation event.
Our Customer Appreciation event will celebrate you: the builders, the changemakers, the data-obsessed. Expect great food, great company, and a uniquely Philly setting. Details will be revealed as we get closer to the event, but you’ll want this on your calendar.
What if my plans change?
We understand that schedules shift, so we offer a flexible registration policy to accommodate changes in plans:
- Receive a full refund for cancellations made on or before September 1.
- Receive a 50% refund for cancellations made between September 2 and October 1.
- Attendee substitutions may be made at no additional cost up until the start of the conference.
What should I wear?
Wear what makes you feel confident and comfortable. Most attendees opt for business casual attire, and comfortable shoes are highly recommended — there’s a lot of ground to cover between sessions, conversations, and evening events.
Will meals be provided?
Yes, we’ve got you covered. For all conference attendees, meals and beverages will be provided beginning with the Welcome Reception dinner on Tuesday, October 6, through the Farewell Luncheon on Thursday, October 8.
For those participating in the optional Training Day program on Tuesday, breakfast and lunch will be provided.
Can dietary restrictions be accommodated?
Absolutely. Please indicate any dietary restrictions during registration, and we’ll be happy to coordinate with our catering team to accommodate your needs.
Is the venue ADA accessible?
The Sheraton Philadelphia Downtown is fully ADA accessible and offers wheelchair-accessible event spaces, elevators, and a variety of mobility and hearing-accessible guest room options.
Do I need to pre-register for sessions?
General Sessions and Breakout Sessions are open to all attendees — no advance signup required, just find a seat and enjoy the session. Peer Exchange Roundtables, however, do require advance selection during the registration process.
