Brett Bailey is a Population Health Data Analytics Consultant for Baptist Health, Arkansas’s largest not-for-profit healthcare system, where he leads analytics strategy for value-based care programs within the Population Health Services Organization. He also serves as the Associate Chief Clinical Informatics Officer for Pharmacy, Analytics, and Research at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS), the state’s only academic medical center.
With a background in pharmacy, informatics, health economics, and healthcare analytics, Dr. Bailey specializes in EHR integration, data visualization, clinical decision support, and data-driven strategy. He plays a key role in implementing and optimizing platforms like Arcadia to drive actionable insights across both institutions within their shared Accountable Care Organization and other value-based contracts.
